Planet Mood: Earth is a climate analysis and visualization tool designed to present global climate information based on long-term scientific datasets.

The App may be used for:

3. Climate Data and Methodology

The App is built using open scientific datasets and their expert interpretation by Solebo specialists.

Primary data sources include:
• High-resolution (1 km) Köppen–Geiger climate classification maps
• ERA5 post-processed daily climate statistics (1940–present)
• ECMWF (European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts)
• NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)

All displayed values represent multi-year climatological averages, trends, and statistical models derived from historical observations.

Planet Mood: Earth does not provide:
• real-time weather information
• short-term or operational weather forecasts
• severe weather alerts or safety notifications

The App is not a synoptic or meteorological forecasting service.

While the App may support research, analysis, and planning activities, it should not be relied upon for real-time or safety-critical decisions. For current weather conditions, users should consult official meteorological services.

5. Data Accuracy

Although the App is built on reputable scientific sources, climate data involves statistical modeling and interpretation.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases, including features such as advertising removal.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscription management is handled through the user’s Apple ID account settings.

The App may display advertisements, including rewarded ads, unless an active “No Ads” subscription is enabled.

If you choose to allow app tracking, the App may use this permission solely to improve advertising relevance and reduce the frequency of displayed advertisements.

Allowing tracking is optional and does not affect access to the core functionality of the App.

Tracking permission can be changed at any time in the device system settings.
